If you would like to book a tour, 25% advance payment is required to manage your holiday by ORIENT STAR GROUP travel agency (25% of the total amount of 100%). The remaining 75% should be paid 100% 30 days before from the starting date of the tour. If you contacted us less than 30 days prior to the tour, you can also request a tour by making full payments as soon as possible. Payment methods can be done by: transfer money from banks, international credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, UZCARD, HUMO, UNIONPAY, MIR * (for more information, please contact the tour operator).
Terms of cancellation
If you need to cancel the tour because of different reasons, you should contact our local tour operator and send the reasons for the cancellation by e-mail. Cancellation fees vary depending on when the tour was cancelled:
– If, there are more than 30 days left for the tour: 5% of the travel price;
– 30 to 7 days left for the trip: 25% of the cost of the tour;
– 7 to 3 days left for the trip: 75% of the cost of the tour;
– Less than 3 days left for the tour: 100% of the travel price.
Post-payment price review and changes to contracted services.
– ORIENT STAR GROUP reserves the right to notify the customer at least 30 days before the tour and change the price of the tour in case of changes in tax interest rates and significant exchange rate changes by the government;
– The local travel agency reserves the right to change the itinerary, hotel and other contracted services, if reasonable reasons appear. Travel services are provided to the clients for all services up to 100% confirmation. If the hotel (s) indicated in the itinerary are occupied, a search will be made for other alternatives in similar category and location, and the price may change (of course, in agreement with the customer).
