Itinerary

DAY 01: ARRIVE IN BISHKEK – CITY TOUR OF KYRGYZSTAN’S CAPITAL

Welcome to Kyrgyzstan! Early morning arrival in Bishkek (TK346 IST-FRU at 01:05), the capital city of Kyrgyzstan. Transfer to the hotel for rest. After breakfast, leisure time before starting a guided Bishkek city tour.
Highlights include Philharmonic Hall, Victory Square, Oak Park, Ala-Too Square, Kurmanzhan Datka Monument, State Historical Museum, Old Square with Parliament House, Lenin’s Monument, and WWII Victory Square.

  • Highlight stop: Osh Bazaar – Bishkek’s largest open-air market for spices, handicrafts, clothes, and souvenirs.

DAY 02: BISHKEK – ALA ARCHA NATIONAL PARK – CHONG KEMIN GORGE (180 KM / 3H)

Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Ala Archa National Park, famous for alpine trails, rushing rivers, and Ak Sai Waterfall. The round-trip hike (3 km, ~1.5 hours) offers breathtaking views of Kyrgyzstan’s mountain landscapes. Later, transfer to Chong Kemin Valley for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 03: CHONG KEMIN GORGE – KYZYL-TUU – JETY OGUZ – KARAKOL (290 KM / 4H)

Drive toward Issyk Kul Lake. Stop in Kyzyl-Tuu village to meet a local family and learn the centuries-old craft of yurt making. Continue to the Skazka (Fairy Tale) Canyon, known for unique sandstone formations. Then explore Jety Oguz Gorge, home to the famous “Seven Bulls” red rock cliffs. Evening arrival in Karakol.

DAY 04: KARAKOL SIGHTSEEING – LOCAL HOSTED DINNER

Explore Karakol city: visit the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Cathedral, the Dungan Mosque with Chinese-influenced architecture, and the Przhevalsky Museum dedicated to the Russian explorer. Relax at Ak Suu hot springs. In the evening, enjoy a home-hosted dinner with a Dungan family, offering authentic cultural immersion.

DAY 05: SEMENOV GORGE – CHOLPON ATA (190 KM / 3H)

Morning transfer to Semenov Gorge, famous for alpine trails, forests, and rivers. Picnic lunch in nature before driving to Cholpon Ata, on the northern shore of Issyk Kul Lake. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Issyk Kul Lake, surrounded by the snow-covered Tian Shan Mountains.

DAY 06: BURANA TOWER – RETURN TO BISHKEK – FLIGHT TO HOME COUNTRY (250 KM / 4H)

Depart Issyk Kul and travel back to Bishkek. Stop at Burana Tower, a UNESCO-listed Silk Road site in Tokmok, with a preserved minaret, mausoleum ruins, and ancient petroglyphs. Continue to Manas International Airport for your evening departure flight to your home country.
