This is quite a solid art gallery and well worth some of your time. For one thing, it is located in a Soviet modernist building which is one of the city’s best, with Le Corbusier influences evident everywhere but especially on the exterior. This building is a little rough around the edges now, but it is a fine example of a 1970s design aesthetic.
Check into the hotel with free time.
